As is the topic (read: complaint) of many of these blog posts, Texas weather is extremely unpredictable. Last week, Michelle and I had to race to start her senior session before the rain hit. Unfortunately, we weren't as quick as we wanted it to be.
Regardless, meet Michelle! While most of us have that wet-dog look when rained on (meaning me), Michelle was absolutely gorgeous.
Michelle and I met through Forever Texas and up until recently, we really haven't spoken much. I definitely regret not getting to know her sooner! Michelle is studying public relations within the Moody College of Communications at UT. Aside from school, she is a communications intern for UT's engineering school and teaches drum lessons to students around to the country through Skype. And on top of all of that, Michelle plays drums for a bagpipe band. How awesome is that?
We stayed close to the Blanton Museum of Art towards the beginning of the session, using the arches and trees as cover from the rain.
After a little while we decided that it might be best to push the rest of the session to a later date, and I'm so glad we did. The weather yesterday was BEAUTIFUL.
I could not get over how amazing the sun looked at Zilker park. I've been missing that Texas summer sunset!
After dodging dogs and their owners, bicyclists and small children, Michelle and I finally made a wrap on her session. Summer is finally on the way! And I am so excited to see the awesome things that life has to offer Michelle.
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, Michelle!
