Engagement and couple sessions can be tricky sometimes. It often takes a while for couples to get comfortable in front of the camera. I'll direct them into certain poses and tell them to cozy up to each other. But occasionally, for those couples that are so in love, it doesn't matter what I tell them because no pose or position could better show their love than the way they look and smile at each other naturally.
Which brings me to today's session with Liz and Michael.
These two are absolutely amazing together. Direction was the easiest thing in the world because I barely had to do anything! They are just so natural and it definitely shows throughout their session.
We started out at Red Bud Isle (see above photo), a local dog park I discovered yesterday. The scenery was perfect with plenty of trails, greenery, and water surrounding. We made a quick stop at Zilker Park after and then headed to SoCo (which was packed!).
I met Liz last year when I joined Forever Texas, a UT spirit/service organization. She is hilarious and I am so excited that she and Michael chose me to photograph such an awesome time in their life together.
Michael is a student at A&M. Hopefully he and Liz will be able to work through the rivalry :)
Liz and Michael are getting married on June 14th, 2014 in San Antonio. I can't wait to work with these two again! The wedding is bound to be just as beautiful as these two are together.
Congratulations again, Liz and Michael!!
